The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") hereby gives notice of public hearings in relation to application for amendment of an individual sound broadcasting service license and radio frequency spectrum license by Radio Heart 104.9 (Pty) Ltd published on 11 July 2012 under General Notice 549 in Government Gazette No. 35510.
