I, Bonginkosi Emanuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training, in terms of section 24 (1) read with section 21 (1) (b) and (3 ) (a) (iii) of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), as amended, and after consulting the Council on Higher Education and performing the actions prescribed in section 23 (2) of the Higher Education Act, as amended, hereby incorporate the Mbombela campus of the Lowveld College of Agriculture into the University of fyf.pumalanga. The date of the incorporation and the transitional arrangements required to ensure the effective implementation of the incorporation process are set out in the Schedule hereto.
