| The Health Professions Council of South Africa intends, under section 61(5) of the Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), to amend the Ethical Rules promulgated as Government Notice No. R.717 of 4 August 2006 as amended by Government Notice No. R 68 of 2 February as reflected in the schedule. |
