I, John Volmink, Chair of the Umalusi Council, hereby, in terms of sections 17A(1) and 23(1) of the General and Further Education and Training Quality Assurance Act, 2001 (Act No. 58 of 2001), give my intention to develop Policy for the Quality Assurance of Assessment of Qualifications Registered on the General and Further Education and Training Qualifications Sub -framework. In view of this,I invite stakeholder bodies and members of the public to comment on this policy as set out in the Schedule.
