Further Education and Training Colleges Amendment Act (3/2012): Commencement of Sections 11 and 12 of the Further Education and Training Colleges Amendment Act (Gazette 36322, Notice 244)

I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby, determine in terms of section 35 of the Further Education and Training Amendment Act, 2012 (Act No. 3 of 2012), that section 11 and section 12, only in so far as it relates to management staff as defined in the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (Act No. 16 of2006), (principal Act) will come into operation on 1 April 20l3.
