THE former AU chairperson Ms Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma will tonight address a special gala dinner organised by the Provincial House of Traditional leaders to  congratulate the newly elected leadership of the house.

The occassion will also be used to formulate the house's position on various proposed policies that impact on the institution of traditional leadership. 

The dinner will also be attended by KwaZulu-Natal Premier Mr Willies Mchunu and Economic Development, Tourism  and Environmental Affairs  Mr Sihle Zikalala.

The gala dinner will take place as follows:
