Eskom would like to inform the public that there will be no load shedding for the first part of today, 21 April 2015, as there is currently enough electricity generating capacity to meet demand.

The power system is stable at present and should there be a need to load shed in the evening, Eskom will advise the public accordingly.

We would like to thank all electricity users for responding to our message to save.
