The  Independent  Communications  Authority of  South  Africa  ("the  Authority") hereby  intends  to  amend 
End-user  and  Subscriber  Service  Charter  Regulations 2016 published in Government Gazette No 39898 of 1 April 2016 to the extent indicated in the schedule.
