The  Independent  Communications  Authority  of  South  Africa  (the Authority) published the draft Regulations on the Code of Conduct for Premium  Rated  Services  GG  39539  (the  draft  Regulations)  on 17 December  2015,  in  terms  of  sections  69  (2)  of  the  Electronic 
Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005) (the ECA).
