The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa published the Call Termination Regulations, 2014 under General Notice 84 in Government Gazete 38042 of 30 September 2014,in terms of section 67(8)of the Electronic Comunications Act 36 of 205. The Authority hereby publishes the reasons for the Call Termination Regulations, 2014.(Gazette 38609, Notice R259)
