The Independent Communications Authority of  South Africa (“the Authority”), hereby invites applications for the radio frequency spectrum licence, making up the third Digital Terrestrial Television  (DTT3),  referred  to  as  multiplexer  3  (“MUX  3”)  for  the  purposes  of  providing
commercial subscription television broadcasting services,  in terms of section 31(3)(a) of the Electronic Communications  Act, 2005 (Act No 36 of 2005) (“the ECA”), as amended, read with regulation  7  of  the  Radio  Frequency  Spectrum  Regulations  2015  (“the  RFSR”) 1,  as  amended by government gazettes No. 38754 of 2015 and No. 40436 of 2016,
