The Independent Authority Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice in terms of section 13 (6) read with section 9 (2) (a) the Electronic Communications Act “EC Act” (Act no. 36 of 2005) as amended that the Authority has received an Application for approval of the acquisition of Neotel (Pty) Ltd by Vodacom SA (Pty) Ltd (“Application”).
