The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") hereby gives notice that the reasons for Decision in respect of the Application from Vuma FM, for the amendment of its Individual Commercial Sound Broadcasting Service License lodged in terms section 10 of the Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 as amended are now available.
