1. The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority'), in terms of section 4, read with sections 30 and 31 (4) of the Electronic Communications Act (Act No. 36 of 2005) as well as Regulation 3 of the Final Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations (Government Gazette No. 34172 of 31 51 March 2011), hereby gives notice on the Update of the Terrestrial Broadcasting Frequency Plan 2013.
