The Independent Communication Authority of South Africa ("the Authority"), in terms of section 4, read with sections 31(4) of the Electronic Communication Act (Act No. 36 of 2005) and Regulation 3 of the Final Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulation (Government Gazette No. 34172 of 31st March 2011), hereby gives notice and invites comments on the draft update of the terrestrial broadcasting frequency plan 2013.
