The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (‘the Authority”) hereby wishes to clarify its definition to repeal the Digital Migration Regulation (‘”the DM Regulations”) which were published in Government Gazette No 32956 of 15 February 2010 and to publish a new set of draft Digital Terrestrial Television regulation (“the Draft DTT Regulations”) for public consultation.
