Electronic Communications Act (36/2005) and ICASA Act (13/2000): Re-issue of the draft 'Bitstream and Shared/ Full Loop' Regulations (Gazette 36840, Notice 940)

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") published the draft "Bitstream and Shared/Full Loop" Regulations on 7th August 2013.

Due to an error in publication of a page of definitions, the Authority hereby re-issues these draft regulations.
