The Minister of Home Affairs, Ms Ayanda Dlodlo has noted a media statement and various media reports on Mayor Herman Mashaba's court bid to force the Department of Home Affairs to deport undocumented foreigners from the City of Johannesburg.

The Minister will await the official legal processes and engagement on the matter and respond accordingly at the right time.
