DEPUTY MINISTER OF TRANSPORT TAKES 365 DAYS OF ROAD SAFETY TO MPUMALANGA

The Deputy Minister of Transport, Ms Sindisiwe Chikunga will lead a road safety campaign in Volksrust, Mpumalanga on Sunday, 24 July 2016.

The campaign which has been dubbed the 365 Days of Road Safety is aimed at curbing road crashes and promoting road safety by encouraging road users to take personal responsibility for safety on the roads for all the 365 days in a year.

The Deputy Minister will bring with her the services of Road Accident Fund (RAF) through the RAF on the road campaign to the community of Volksrust. This will enable the community to enquire about their claims with RAF and get more information about the work of RAF.

Ms. Chikunga will be joined by the Executive Mayor of Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme Local Municipality. They will also hold an Election Prayer Day with the members of the community.
