The Deputy Minister of Communications, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams will address the KwaZulu-Natal forum of Municipalities and Members of the Executive Councils (MuniMec) tomorrow, 17 October 2014. In her address the Deputy Minister will outline the National Communications Strategy Framework and the status of communication in the Province.

This particular MuniMec is led by the KZN MEC for Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Nomusa Dube-Mncube as part of the ongoing provincial intergovernmental for a established to strengthen the functioning of local government.
