On Monday, 20 August 2018, the DA Youth in Limpopo will donate sanitary products to women in Mookgophong to mark Women’s Month.

Women in Mookgophong, like many across the province, are oppressed by poverty and unemployment. As a result, they are often not able to afford essential items such as sanitary towels.

The re-useable sanitary towels that will be distributed have a lifespan of 3-5 years.

The DA Youth will be accompanied by DA Councilors in Modimolle-Mookgophong Municipality and DA Activists.
