DA Leadership to brief the media on the outcomes Federal Council

On Sunday, 26 June 2016, Democratic Alliance Leader, Mmusi Maimane MP, and Chairperson of the DA Federal Council, James Selfe MP, will brief the media on the outcomes of a sitting of the Federal Council.

Tomorrow, the Democratic Alliance Federal Council will meet in Durban to discuss, among other things, the Party’s state of readiness ahead of the 03 August elections, the spate of violent protests across the country, and the various matters the Party is engaged in before court.

The Federal Council is the highest decision-making structure of the DA between Federal Congresses. The Federal Council meets at least three times a year.

At the briefing, the media will also be shown the Party’s newest election campaign advert, which will debut on TV screens next week.

The DA Leader and Chairperson of Federal Council will be joined by National Spokesperson, Phumzile Van Damme MP.
