Tomorrow, Friday 12 October 2018, DA Leader Mmusi Maimane will brief the media following a meeting with two members of Primero Justicia (Justice First), the Official Opposition in Venezuela’s de jure legislature. Miguel Alejandro Pizarro and Jose Manuel Olivares serve as the Chairperson and Member of the Social Development Committee in the Venezuelan National Assembly.

The DA Leader will share a platform with these Members of Parliament to enable their story to be heard, in the context of some parties proposing similar policies in South Africa. Maimane will also be joined by Team One South Africa Spokesperson for Access to Jobs, Geordin Hill-Lewis MP, DA Shadow Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Thandeka Mbabama MP, and DA Shadow Minister of International Relations and Co-operation, Stevens Mokgalapa MP.
