The Financial Surveillance Department of the South African Reserve Bank hereby gives notice, for general information, that Discovery Bank Limited has been appointed as a restricted Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange for the purpose of Exchange Control Regulations published under Government Notice No. R.1111 of 1 December 1961.
