Counterfeit Goods Act (37/1997): Notice in terms of section 23 (Gazette No. 33459 – Notice 799)

Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, does hereby: in terms of section 23(1) and 23(2) of the Counterfeit Goods Act, 1997 (Act No 37 of 1997), and for the purposes of this Act, withdraw the following warehouse facilities as counterfeit goods depots on a self-funding basis and the appointment of the respective persons in charge of the depots: -
