Counterfeit Goods Act (37/1997): Notice in terms of section 23 (1) and (2) (Gazette No. 33459 – Notice 800)
Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, do hereby in terms of section 23 (1) and (2) of the Counterfeit Goods Act, 1997 (Act No 37 of 1997) designate the following places to be counterfeit goods depots and appoint the respective persons as the person in charge of the depot.
