City glamorises white areas of My Citi buss roll out whilst they do not have money to complete the roll out of busses in Mitchells Plain and Khayelitsha. The City Of Cape Town under the leadership of Brett Herron are adding fancy pictures to the bus stations in the white and CBD areas, whilst the black areas are still underserviced by the number of busses required.

The City has rolled out pictures that are costing millions of rand whilst the black areas do not even have the basic services properly installed. These pictures are also mainly the work of white artists who are making millions, whilst the few black artists are being paid small amounts for their work.

This City has taken their policy of favouring white employees in the City and favouring whites for Consultancy contracts into favouring the service providers who draw pictures and favouring the white area bus stops.  This is a further reflection of the racial tainted focus of Mayor De Lille in the City of Cape Town.
