The Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs intends making the regulations as set out in the Schedule. The regulations are hereby published for public comment in accordance with section 72 and 120 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000).
