In terms of Regulation 169(1) of the Companies Regulation, 2011, under the Companies Act of 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission ( "the Commission "), hereby gives notice that as from 1 May 2017, the manual filing channel for short standard private (CoR15.1A) and short standard non profit without members (CoR15.1C) company registrations via e -mail address companydocs@cipc.co.za will be de- activated.
