The Ad Hoc Committee on the Funding of Political Parties will tomorrow (24 October 2017) be briefed by the Parliamentary Legal Services on the impact of the My Vote Counts judgement, which was handed down by the Western Cape High Court.

The Committee will also consider written inputs received from members of the public in response to the draft Bill published in the Government Gazette.
