I, Dipuo Peters, Minister of Transport, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, hereby in terms section 155(1)(z)(i), read with section 74(1) (a), of the Civil Aviation Act, 2009, (Act No. 13 of 2009), makes the regulations set out in the Schedule hereunder.
