I,  Joe Maswanganyi,  Minister  of  Transport  hereby,  in  terms  section 155(1)(z)(i)  read with  section  74(1)(a),  of  the  Civil  Aviation  Act, 
(Act  No.  13  of  2009),  make  the Regulations set out in the Schedule hereunder.
