| Child Justice Act (75/2008): Regulations relating to child justice (Gazette No. 33067 – Regulation 251) | |
| The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development has, under section 97 of the Child Justice Act, 2008 (Act No. 75 of 2008), and- (a) after consultation, where appropriate, with the Cabinet members responsible for social development, safety and security, education, correctional services and health; and (b) in consultation with the Cabinet member responsible for home affairs for purposes of section 90(2) of the said Act, made the Regulations in this Schedule. |
