The South African Communist Party (SACP) in the Western Cape is inviting the media to cover its Centenary celebrations of O.R. Tambo and the October Socialist Russian Revolution.

This event will pay homage to the leadership of Comrade O.R. as well reflect on the lessons and historical importance of the Russian Revolution.

This, in the context of challenges facing South African politics as well as continued capitalist barbarity and the immediate need to intensify our struggle for a more equal, just and Socialist South Africa.
