The appellant has approached this court, under section 10(1) of the Extradition Act, 67 of 1962 (“the Act”), seeking to appeal against the finding of the magistrate, Kuils River on 22 July 2015 that he is liable to be extradited to the United States of America to stand trial in the Federal Court in the State of Maine on charges effectively relating to the production and dissemination of child pornography.
