An entity within the administration of the dti in terms of section 13B (1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act. 2003 (Act 53 of 2003) as amended and herein represented by Ms Zodwa Ntulii in her capacity as the Acting Commissioner and she being duly authorized to enter into this agreement.
