I, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby:
Extend the public commentary period on the Amended Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Phase II Codes of Good Practice until 9 December 2014, thereby affording all interested parties 60 days to comment on the Phase II Codes.
