I, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby:
a) Issue the following Draft Defence Sector Codes of Good Practice for public commentary in terms of Section 9 (5) of the Broad -Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013;
