Births and Deaths Registration Act (51/1992): Notice of fees payable (Gazette No. 33444 – Regulation 697)

The Director-General Home Affairs has with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under section 8 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1992 (Act No. 51 of 1992), hereinafter referred to as "the Act", determined that with effect from 1 July 2010, the fees for the performance of the acts contemplated in section 8 of the Act are payable as set out in the Schedule.
