I, Mildred Nelisiwe Oliphant, Minister of Labour, hereby give notice in terms of section 52 (3) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997, of the commencement of an investigation into minimum wages and conditions of employment in the Private Security Sector, South Africa.
