I, Mildred Nelisiwe Oliphant, Minister of Labour, give notice in terms of section 6(4) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997, of the commencement of the review of the earnings threshold and invites written representations from members of the public in terms of section 6(4) of the said Act.
