The ANCYL is disappointed by the decision of the Johannesburg Equality Court. The ANCYL continues to stand firmly in support of the President of the ANCYL. The President of the ANCYL will utilise the opportunity to appeal the outcomes of the Equality Court and is in ongoing consultations with his legal team.
