The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, has under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Stan- dards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990) -

(a) made the regulations in the Schedule; and

(b) determined that the said regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 2018
