I, MAHUBE BETTY MOLEMELA, in my capacity as Judge President of the Free State Division of the High Court of South Africa, hereby proclaim Phuthaditjhaba in the Free State Province to be one of the circuit court venues of the Free State Division. The newly established Phuthaditjhaba Circuit Court will serve communities of the following magisterial districts with effect from 1 October 2015.
