Under section 2(4) of the Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act, 1996 (Act No. 74 of 1996), I hereby amend Proclamation No. R. 43 of 2010, published in Government Gazette No. 33506 of 27 August 2010, by the extension of the end date of the period referred to in paragraph 4 of the Proclamation from 27 August 201 0 to the date of publication of this Proclamation.
