The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform intends introducing the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bill, 2012 ("the Bill''), in the National Council of Provinces shortly. The explanatory summary of the Bill is hereby published in accordance with Rule 186( 1)(b) of the Rules of the National Council of Provinces.
