The South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU) in Johannesburg will be convening a media briefing with relation to issues at the City of Johannesburg's waste removal entity Pikitup. The briefing will focus on the lies being told by management that our members have embarked on an illegal strike. We will also be giving progress with regards to criminal charges we have laid against Pikitup Managing Director Amanda Nair.
