The Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry has noted that some media reports incorrectly refer to her as Ms Joanne Fubbs.
 
Ms Fubbs would like to point out that her correct name is Ms Joanmariae Fubbs. She is sometimes referred to as Ms Joan Fubbs, which she accepts. Therefore she wishes to be called Ms Joanmariae Fubbs or Ms Joan Fubbs.
