The  Department of Justice and Constitutional Development invites interested parties to submit written comments on the  proposed amendments to  the  Regulations relating to  Assistance to Victims in  respect of Higher Education and Traini:Qg (the Regulations), which are attached hereto as  Annexure A.  The proposed amendments to  the  Regulations  and a note, explaining the background of the proposed
