Gauteng Legislature has appointed Johan Rousseau of Hamba Nathi Consulting to draft a comprehensive regulation and enabling act for the funeral industry in the province.The draft includes the stategy and development thereof,which would assist all spheres of Government,industry stakeholders and consumers.It is also understood that a new bargaining councill is being planned to assist both employers and emplyees,which is widely welcomed.
